We help you secure a wonderful family by providing resources and coaching to help you improve, highlighting your best assets, and guiding you through the matching process. You will review, accept, deny, and meet families before making a long-term decision. We negotiate on your behalf to secure rates between $23 - $28+/hour, paid time off, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and much more!
