About the Position: This hands-on, collaborative, and organized family is in search of a nanny who is deeply committed to providing a loving and nurturing environment for their two young daughters. Both parents currently care for the children full-time, cherish their roles, and have smoothly adapted to parenthood. Their nanny can expect to develop relationships with both mom and dad and communicate with each regularly. Nanny should be able to collaborate and execute tasks independently. Dad might return to work on a part-time basis, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
Their ideal nanny is energetic, quick-witted, and capable of balancing the care and needs of an infant and toddler simultaneously. They seek a nanny who is hands-on, proactive, and has a passion for guiding children. She takes the role of caregiver seriously and is excited to implement intentional play and learning into their little ones' lives. She focuses on age-appropriate developmental goals and helps their little ones reach their potential.
The family practices gentle and conscious parenting. The family's values are rooted in conservative Catholic values and while it's not necessary for their nanny to share these beliefs, they must respect these teaching and their parenting style within their home. They are seeking a nanny who understands the importance of professionalism and open communication, without sharing their personal political or religious views. It's a bonus if you speak Arabic or are familiar with Middle-Eastern cultures!
Organization and cleanliness are high-value skills in this household! You can expect duties to include regular tidying and child-related cleaning.
Work from Home: When Dad returns to work, he will work outside of the home. Mom is a stay-at-home mom.
