Full-Time, Live-Out
Location: Rice Military, 77007
Pets: One cat (no pet care needed)
Start Date: December 11th. Flexible for an ideal fit until the end of January 2024.
End Date: Their ideal nanny will remain with them for multiple years to come!
Schedule: This schedule offers 4 days off!
You will work three 12 to 13-hour shifts per week typically 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM with time added to account for mom’s commute.
This can include two days in a row such as Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
Your schedule may include 3 to 4 weekend days per month.
Your schedule will be finalized 2 months in advance. Mom is happy to work to choose days that align best with your schedule, but this flexibility is not available for approximately 2 months as the current schedule is set.
A guest room is available for you to relax in when the baby is napping.
Child:
3-month-old, F. This happy baby is strong-willed, playful, and talkative. She loves eating and is currently adapting to a sleeping schedule.

Additional Family Members: Grandparents and mom’s sister visit occasionally. They are respectful of the nanny's role and will defer to their expertise and care.

Work from Home: Mom does not currently work from home, but may in the future for approximately 4 hours/week. Dad will finish up the tail end of his workday at home.

Duties will include:
Nanny Duties
Provide high-quality and nurturing care; have lots of fun with their little one!
Engage their children in age-appropriate play that encourages discovery and exploration including infant exercises, sensory play, and tummy time
Maintain an age-appropriate infant routine and schedule
Spend time reading books and encouraging a love of learning
Requirements:

Maintain a professional and structured environment
Teach values of love, kindness, and manners
Pay: $28 - $35/hour
Guaranteed Pay - 40 hours/week
Paid Vacation – 2 weeks (one chosen by the family)
Paid Sick Leave – 1 week
Paid Holidays - 8 to 9
