Children: You will join a 2-nanny team to provide care to the four children.

As their new nanny, you can expect to work closely with the mother and their two current nannies, providing care to the four children (the oldest three of whom will be starting school in Fall 2023).

Duties will include:
Education and Play Duties
Ensure their child is safe, loved, and supported
Engage their child in creative, play-based education that sparks creativity and encourages discovery
Plan fun, hands-on activities daily
Co-play with mom and child
Encourage their child’s individualism and personhood
Household Duties
Healthy meal preparation
Facilitate potty training
Child's laundry
Tidy and organize child's areas
Requirements:
Meet The STEM Nanny Company's minimum requirement including 3 years of professional childcare experience, a passion for education, and more!
Maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion in the household
Team player who maintains open communication and a collaborative relationship with mom and their new co-worker
Well-versed in the kitchen
Teach values of respect, love, and kindness to the children
Bilingual in Spanish, strongly preferred
Implement exciting, engaging indoor and outdoor activities that contribute to their children's continued growth and development
Pay: Salary equivalent of $65,000 - $85,000/year (~$26 - $34/hour)
Guaranteed Pay - 45 hours/week
Paid Time Off - 2 weeks
Paid Sick Leave - 1 week
Paid Holidays - 8

I dont have professional background of babysitting but i have worked as a teachers assistant while in college,and currently as a mental health care coordinator. I have worked with kids with behavioral issues as well as children with autism spectrum disorder. I have a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology in addition to completing coursework for my bcba.
