Children:
13-month-old, F. This little one is the very definition of curious! She loves exploring her surroundings and as you can imagine, this means she needs an observant caregiver to ensure she doesn't wander into unsafe situations. Though she's a solo act at home (no siblings), she's got a heart that's built for sharing. She can be shy around new people and prefers a gentle approach rather than an overeager one. Given time and patience, however, she’ll reveal her playful side and become your little best friend.
Allergies: None
About the Position: Is “organized” your middle name? Do you take pride in helping children reach their full potential? Do you enjoy collaborating with your nanny family to stay aligned on a child’s progress? This may be an ideal position for you!
Mom is outgoing, adventurous, and radiates kindness. She approaches every challenge with an open heart and a solution-oriented mindset. Though dad is initially reserved, he transforms into a playful and lighthearted spirit when in his comfort zone.
Together, these parents form an incredibly supportive duo. Their goal is simple: ensure that you, as their chosen nanny, feel empowered and confident in your role. They value open communication and are eager to maintain weekly check-ins to remain informed about their child’s development. They embrace feedback and aim for all communication to be a two-way street.
They are raising a confident, curious, and kind child. Their ideal nanny understands the balance of learning through play and exploration and proactively supports the household. Their ideal candidate communicates clear developmental goals, plans daily activities to meet these goals, and remains aware of their daughter’s evolving needs. They understand the importance of resources and are happy to invest to support you in your shared objectives. They seek to be in the “developmental loop” so they can reinforce these goals during alone time with their daughter.
If you believe in promoting collaborative child development in a warm, communicative environment, this family looks forward to meeting you!
