About the Position: Do you bring a combination of energy, passion, and knowledge to your role as a caregiver? Are you excited to foster an atmosphere where children learn, grow and explore? This may be the family for you!
This loving, active family is eager (and a bit nervous :) to welcome a new member into their journey of raising intelligent, well-rounded and curious children. Both parents are loving, devoted and have their hands full. This role is perfect for an experienced provider who is proactive by nature, able to anticipate needs, and excited to support the smooth running of a household!
This family places immense value on creating a loving, stress-free environment and is in search of a nanny who can navigate daily challenges with a positive attitude. The family’s parenting philosophy combines setting gentle, respectful boundaries with a proactive approach to guiding children away from unwanted behaviors and toward positive ones.
Their ideal nanny brings both energy, passion and knowledge to their work with children. She is excited to teach, explore and plan creative and engaging activities to enrich their children’s lives. They seek a candidate with prior experience caring for two or more children. Bilingual candidates, fluent in Spanish or French, are especially attractive to this family with a dad who is fluent in French and Spanish and a toddler who is becoming fluent in Spanish. Big bonus if you have experience crafting child-friendly, nutritious meals!
If you have a passion for child development, a knack for engaging kids in creative play, and the ability to set gentle yet firm boundaries, we would love to interview you! If you're a confident decision-maker, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are excited about the prospect of teaching and exploring with children, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Work from Home: Dad works from home 3 days/week but ensures minimal disruption to the nanny's routine. Mom works from home 1-2 days/week, but understands the struggle of a nanny with WFH parents. Both parents will respect the nanny’s routine and will not create disruption. If time allows, parents may occasionally step out to spend quality time with the children, but both are mindful to otherwise stay removed from the day-to-day happenings.
Travel (Preferred, not required): They would love to meet a nanny who can travel with them for between 5 - 7 days a couple of times per year, both domestically and internationally.
COVID-19: COVID-19 vaccination and booster are not required. They simply seek a healthy, energetic nanny.
