Full-Time, Live-Out

Pets: A pet geiko (no pet care needed :)

End Date: Their ideal nanny will remain with them for 2+ years

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (45 hours/week)

• The family is flexible for an ideal fit and open to a 40-hour workweek

Children: Their oldest child attends school full-time and their youngest attends 3 half-days of preschool per week.

• 3-year-old, F. This little dancer never misses a beat. She loves music and twirling in her dresses. Parks are her favorite, where she can run free and make friends with everyone – human or animal. She is full of "why?" and "how?" questions and fits best with a knowledgeable and patient caregiver who can channel her boundless energy into structured learning through play.

• 10-year-old, F. Like her mom, you can always find her nose in a book. She loves discussing her latest reads and won't shy away from debates. Her ideal caregiver would be intellectually stimulating, share in her hobbies, and be a worthy opponent in her favorite board games.

They seek a versed multitasker who can aid the elder child with homework and engage the younger one with age-appropriate educational activities. They appreciate a proactive approach, so, initiatives like organizing craft sessions or teaching new skills are heartily welcomed.

Duties will include:

Education and Play Duties

• Create daily and weekly plans of engaging activities and outings

• Implement semi-structured play-based learning

• Encourage their children’s curiosity

• Encourage and guide the children to develop new skills

  
  

Household Duties

• Drive the children to fun outings and activities

• Children’s meal preparation

• Children's laundry

• Child-related tidying and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Meet The STEM Nanny Company's minimum requirement including 3 years of professional childcare experience, a passion for education, and more!

Pay: $26 - $29/hour

Annualized salary of $64,200 - $71,600

• Guaranteed Pay - 45 hours/week

• Paid Vacation - 2 weeks

• Paid Sick Leave - 1 week

• Paid Holidays - 10
