This friendly, and open-minded family is seeking a short-term nanny to serve their family while in Houston! Mom is a hardworking, loving individual with a go-getter attitude. Together, they create a balanced and supportive environment that encourages kindness, respect, and good manners in their children.
Their ideal nanny is energetic, playful, and proactive. She is organized, structured, and comfortable making decisions independently. She has a genuine love for child development and a knack for creating fun, engaging experiences daily. She recommends ways to enrich the children’s lives and maintains a firm yet nurturing approach to her care. A candidate who is open to learning and implementing new strategies, such as those from their child's speech therapist, is ideal.
