About the Position: This friendly, active, and collaborative family is seeking a new partner to help guide the long-term development of their two precious boys. Their ideal nanny is safety-conscious, loving, and reliable. She is playful, proactive, and knowledgeable about child development. Their ideal Nanny favors the gentle parenting style and teaches their little ones positive habits ensuring they grow to become respectful, polite, and kind-hearted individuals. She is open to reading books that have Christian content to the boys. The family does not sleep train and seeks a candidate who is comfortable assisting/rocking their youngest to sleep. Dad is a German native; so knowledge of German would be an added plus, but is not required.
