End Date: The family is hoping to secure a candidate who will remain with their family for at least two years!
Schedule: The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours/week
Monday: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM

20-month-old, F. This sweet and inquisitive youngster likes swimming, reading, and playing with wheels and engines. She loves to learn, experiment, and meet new people.
5-year-old, F. This intelligent little one is a free spirit! Her energy is contagious and she loves participating in swimming and gymnastics classes. She will begin school in the fall.
Pets: None.
About the Position: Do you enjoy a calm, collaborative, and organized household? This welcoming family is seeking a nanny with a warm spirit and collected demeanor! Their ideal candidate is proactive and always on the lookout for learning opportunities. She is a seasoned pro that enjoys planning activities with children and supporting toddlers and elementary-aged children with confidence. Experience keeping routines at home and when traveling would be advantageous and highly valued.
This role will require a hands-on caregiver who can connect with children on their level and assist with tasks such as packing, cooking, and tidying related to child care. It is also important for the candidate to be able to intuitively step in to support the overall well-being of the family and household.
COVID-19: COVID-19 vaccination and ongoing boosters are required.
Duties will include:
Education and Play Duties
Ensure their children are safe, deeply loved, and well cared for.
Engage their little ones in valuable playtime experiences including reading and sensory, imaginative, and interactive play.
Engage the children in creative and interactive indoor and outdoor play.
Find age-appropriate kids' activities and outings including library story hours
Household Duties
Child-related duties including children's laundry and tidying areas used throughout the day
Cook dinner for the family 2 to 3 nights/week
Load and unload the dishwasher daily
Manage afternoon activities including dinner, food preparation (lunch and snack for the following day), homework, bath, and bedtime routine
Remain aware of children's afterschool activities and pack supplies for each
Receive deliveries or grocery pick-ups as needed
Requirements:
Meet The STEM Nanny Company's minimum requirement including 3 years of professional childcare experience, a passion for education, and more!
A self-driven and proactive provider with excellent communication skills
A structured, professional, and detail-oriented self-starter
Independent execution of job duties
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Implement exciting, engaging indoor and outdoor activities that ensure their children's continued growth and development.
Maintain open communication about their little one's growth and developmental milestones.
Pay: $28 - 32/hour, flexible for a perfect fit
Guaranteed Pay - 40 hours/week
Paid Time Off - 2 weeks
