Houston-area homes receive free monthly deliveries by the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month depending on the date of purchase. For all other locations, we ship every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month and in most cases, kits are delivered within 5 business days.

Our Summer Nanny Kit offers a 3-month summer subscription that begins in June and ends in August. If you purchase your first kit in July, you will receive 2 kits (1 per month). If you purchase your first kit in August, you will receive 1 kit. Our kits translate into great after-school or daytime nanny activities!

Your first Summer Nanny Kit is charged immediately. Every Kit thereafter will be charged on the 15th of each following month.

You can pause your skip or pause your subscription at any time, but our kits translate into great after-school or daytime nanny activities!

Our plans are no-commitment and can be canceled or paused at any time via your customer login page. You will create this account upon checkout.

Please note, all cancellations must take place before the 15th of the month to take effect that month.

We provide free delivery to all Houston-area homes. Shipping prices for all other locations are as follows: $18.99.

If your order has not shipped, we are happy to refund the full purchase price.

Satisfaction is our top priority. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped or delivered orders, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team at subscriptions@stemnannies.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Should we, in our sole discretion, decide to replace any products, or credit to you any amounts paid for a future order, that replacement, or credit shall constitute our entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that order.
