When will I be charged?
Your first STEM Camp Kit is charged immediately. Every Kit thereafter will be charged on the 15th of each following month.
Can I cancel any time?
Our plans are no-commitment and can be canceled or paused at any time via your customer login page. You will create this account upon checkout.
Please note, all cancellations must take place before the 15th of the month to take effect that month.
Where can I view my subscription information?
When checking out, you will create a customer account. Log into this account at any time to modify your order, update your shipping address, pause or cancel your subscription.
Return and refund policy
What is your return policy?
We value customer satisfaction and although we do not normally allow returns or refunds on shipped or delivered orders, we will do everything in our power to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.
Should we, in our sole discretion, decide to replace any products or to refund or credit to you any amounts paid for an order, that replacement, refund, or credit shall constitute our entire, sole and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that order.
If The STEM Nanny Company agrees to refund any amounts to Customer, then Customer understands and agrees that such refund shall be refunded to Customer by means of how the original payment by Customer was made (e.g., credit card).
If you dispute any charge that is made to your credit/debit card, you agree that The STEM Nanny Company may authorize a third-party vendor to handle and seek to resolve such dispute on The STEM Nanny Company’s behalf, which may include The STEM Nanny Company providing such vendor with the following information: your name, physical address, email address, phone number and the first 6 and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card number. You agree that The STEM Nanny Company may provide such information to the third-party vendor and that the third party vendor may further disclose that information to your credit/debit card company, the bank issuing the credit/debit card and The STEM Nanny Company’s merchant processing company for the purpose of resolving the dispute. The STEM Nanny Company will endeavor to have the third-party vendor agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
If you dispute valid charges made by The STEM Nanny Company to your credit/debit card and your dispute is subsequently found to be fraudulent, you agree to reimburse The STEM Nanny Company for The STEM Nanny Company’s expenses (including bank’s and attorney’s fees) incurred in connection with resolving the dispute.
When will I receive my first kit?
We deliver STEM Camp Kits to all Houston-area homes on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. For all other locations, we ship on the 16th and 25th of each month and in most cases, kits are delivered within 5 business days.
When checking out, you will see the 25th as the next available shipping date, but if your first order is placed before the 10th of the month, your shipment will be sent on the 16th or 2nd Sunday of the month (for Houston-area homes).
Please note: Due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed nationwide. We appreciate your patience and all the service workers working tirelessly to get your STEM Camp Kit to your doorstep.
Is shipping free?
We provide free delivery to all Houston-area homes. Shipping prices for all other locations are as follows: $19.99 for Full-Time Kits and $14.99 for Part-Time Kits.
Are STEM Camp Kits shipped internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Can I purchase a STEM Camp Kit as a gift?
Yes! Our gift checkout option allows you to choose your first delivery date and customize the length of your subscription including 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.
How we're keeping your family safe:
All experiment materials included in your Kit have been sanitized with disinfectants approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as effective against COVID-19 coronavirus.
All home deliveries are non-contact and we have equipped all Houston-area delivery persons with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including masks, sterile gloves and hand sanitizer.
