Hours and Time Commitment
The Recruiting Coordinator will have a full-time schedule. The preferred work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM with some flexibility. We may request 4 hours of in-person, COVID conscious training to occur on 1 - 3 Saturdays per month depending on preference.

Process onboarding, promotions, terminations, and exit interviews

Analyze job duties
Create and distribute job descriptions for every open position
Participate in job fairs and host recruitment events
Conduct training sessions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
