Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a long-term Placement Coordinator to make our parents' dreams come true! You are tasked with making the perfect match for each of our client's unique requests and walking them through the process of hiring the newest member of their family.
Hours and Time Commitment
The Placement Coordinator begins with a part-time schedule of Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM and transitions to a full-time schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM within two months. This is flexible. If you have a strong preference to start with full-time hours, please detail this in your application.

Clear background check
Complete New Hire Calls to gather details about Providers' ideal family and matching preferences
Create Nanny Profiles that highlight Providers' expertise, experience, and personality
Complete Client Introductory Calls with clarity and fluidity that detail why we are the best option for their family [Sales calls]
Record detailed notes about each family's unique needs and requests including but not limited to ideal personality traits, teaching styles, COVID precautions, and job duties.
Send invoices and Non-Disclosure Agreements to begin their matching process
Create Family Profiles that detail the unique request
Begin their matching process and provide bi-weekly updates on the status of their request
Use stellar listening skills, critical thinking, and creative problem solving to identify stellar Providers for each family's unique request. [Requires mental flexibility.]
Schedule virtual or in-home consultations and trial appointments
Complete follow-up calls with candidates and clients to ensure total satisfaction
Using contract templates to create Nanny or Private Educator Agreements tailored to each family and Nanny's desires and requests.
Guide families through the process of becoming a household employer
Reply to all communication, phone calls, emails, and messages within 48 hours
Maintain mental flexibility to problem-solve for our clients and Providers
Maintain an optimistic, can-do attitude
Maintain sharp attention to detail
Ask questions when unsure
