Full-Time, Live-Out

Start Date: Ready for an adventure? The journey begins ASAP!

End Date: End Date: Can you commit to at least one year of fun and discovery? That's the time frame they're hoping for!

Schedule: Welcome to a 40-hour week that's as predictable as clockwork! No additional hours are needed :)

Your schedule will overlap ~45 minutes with their after-school nanny to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

• Monday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

• Wednesday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Children: Their older child attends school Monday - Friday, until ~2:45 PM with summers off. Mornings will include care for both children with primary care for the 2-year-old during the day.

• 2-year-old, F. She's learning the ropes of independence and loves tagging along with her big brother for some outdoor fun. Do you have some exciting sensory play ideas for this energetic toddler?

• 5-year-old, M.  Get ready to step into the imaginative world of a 5-year-old boy who's obsessed with dinosaurs and all things nature. Do you enjoy playing outdoors? Can you help him achieve his learning milestones with occupational and speech therapy?

About the Position: Are you familiar with the Montessori or Emilio Reggio teaching style? Do you have experience encouraging children to problem-solve and gain independence? They're seeking a confident, loving nanny who can connect with their children while setting firm boundaries and maintaining a positive discipline style.

This dynamic, bilingual family is searching for an energetic and creative second nanny to join their journey. The parents within this household are busy professionals who are seeking a trusted individual to join their team. They envision someone who can balance engaging both children in educational and playful activities that stimulate their developing minds. This role goes beyond the basic caregiving duties—you'll be an integral part of the children's developmental journey, enriching their lives with knowledge, skills, and creativity.

If you excel at encouraging and teaching children to think for themselves and guiding them toward good decisions, you'll find this role incredibly rewarding. They're looking for someone who's not only a loving caregiver but a positive role model and an extension of their family. As an extension of the parents, they hope to give you full rein in your domain while maintaining open communication regarding any of your needs or ideas.

Experience with occupational and speech therapy is a plus, as is proficiency in English and German.

Duties will include the following.

Education Duties

• Engage children in creative and interactive indoor and outdoor play

  
  

• Engage their children in play-based education that sparks creativity and encourages discovery and exploration

Household Duties

• Preparing nutritious meals to fuel their adventures.

• Keeping the common areas neat and organized

• Occasional driving related to the children's activities in the family's vehicle.

• Most importantly, making the family's lives easier

Requirements:

• Meet The STEM Nanny Company's minimum requirement including 3 years of professional childcare experience, a passion for education, and more!

• Create and execute engaging activities that encourage the children's growth and development.

• A self-driven and proactive nature

• Guaranteed Pay - 40 hours/week
